Audience Services Manager

The Performance Center, a multi-venue facility, produces and/or presents over 150 events annually and serves an annual audience of over 25,000 patrons that includes the university, the city of Winona and the broader region. Events include the annual Page Series of professional performing arts and associated community programs, as well as all Saint Mary’s music, theatre, and dance performances. The Performance Center also serves as a rental facility and ticketing agent for several local organizations, including Minnesota Beethoven Festival and Home and Community Options. The Audience Services Manager is one of three full time staff at the Performance Center; is responsible for box office operations, volunteer management, and management of student employees; and collaborates with the Managing Director on community engagement initiatives. Work Study positions are available for Saint Mary’s students, and are generally filled at the beginning of each academic year.

Front of House 
Front of house customer service positions include Box Office Associates and House Management. For more information about front of house opportunities, please contact Theresa Remick.

Production Crew 
The production crew is responsible for all of the back-stage technical aspects including lighting, rigging and sound for the following venues:

  • Page Theatre (PC)
  • Figliulo Recital Hall (PC)
  • Studio Theatre (PC)
  • Academy Theatre, Valéncia Arts Center

The production crew works closely with all departments of the School of the Arts as well as national and international touring companies presented by the Page Series. You do not need to be a School of the Arts major to work on the production staff.
